Who wants to help me with Twitter cause its first time that i use?

i open Twitter and now i want to login but it writes Something is technically wrong.
Thanks for noticing—we're going to fix it up and have things back to normal soon and i want to know if its my problem have i dont something wrong or it is wrong something with twetter and tell me how to work with it how to find celebrities like Justin T, Usher Raymond, Ellen Degeneres, P.diddy etc. etc and can i send them a private message in twitter

When you log in make sure you enter the correct user name and password. If it keeps giving you problems you might be entering it wrong so try to change your password to something you will remember. When you get in, at the top there is a tab for find people, click on it and type the persons name and everyone with that name will come up. Remember there are a lot of people out there using celebrities names and it isn't really that celebrity. Click on the persons name and look at how many people are following them and a description of them. Good luck.
