Nobody has won them yet, (there are two out there) but people have won the second and third place prizes (2nd place: backstage passes to a concert to meet him 3rd place: a wii)

Justin wrote on his twitter than a fan in London had won the private concert, during the time he was in Europe. Basically, there are 2 first prizes, and they are being in his next music video or a private concert. The second prize is backstage passes to his concerts, and the third prize is winning a Wii. There are a few people who won the second/third prize, and only one person won the private concert.
