YouTube question: how can I prevent selected people from watching my public videos?

I have some videos I uploaded as a public videos but I want to prevent specific people from watch them. Is there a way to set up my account to accomplish this?

There isn't a way. Unfortunately, "public" means everyone. If you don't want specific people watching your public videos, don't post them.

Please note:
Once you set your video to public it will appear on your channel and in playlists & favorites. It can be embedded in other webpages (unless you turn this option off), and can be seen by everyone, YouTube users and the general public.

If you would like to limit the exposure of one of your videos, you can set it to be a Private video. If your video is set to Private, only you and up to 50 other users who you invite to view the video will be able to see it. The video will not appear on your channel, in search results, or in playlists etc.

No,its either 'Public' or 'Private'.You can't specify users you don't want to show your video to.The only option you have is to make it 'Private'.If its private only people with the URL of the video will be able to watch it.And that would be quite difficult for you to spread.So well,I guess you keep it Public.
