Twitter won't let me log in, on the computer.?

For the past few days twitter has not let me log in, the reset email is not coming through ! I tried it on my friends account and his reset email came through , what is the issue how can I fix this!!!
I can tweet from the app on my phone, but that's not enough , somebody who knows something please help me!
