It's Google's social networking website. It's like Facebook or Twitter, but owned and powered by google.

Google + is a social networking site, similar to facebook that utilizes custom drag and drop 'circles' rather than lists to group people by. You can also share publicly or to just the circle or circles you want. There are also games, like facebook, photo albums and a profile page. I find it easy to use, with a simpler and cleaner layout than facebook. It will also put a black google notification bar at the top of any google page, which can also update your status from as well as check email or use any other the google products.
