My Facebook chat isn't working. Help me please!?

Well I have had many of problems with Facebook for about 2 months now. The worst, I can't chat with people. I click on their name, it says there offline, then they are online. Then about 10 seconds later, they get off again. Also I can't view my message center up at the top by the Facebook logo in the top left. When I try to talk to somebody, it either just doesn't get to the person, or it sends me a quick response saying "Your message can't be sent at this time. Please try again later." And it's been a problem since December of 2011. It's making me irritated, and I'm about to delete my account from all these problems. I want to know how to get my chat back PLEASE. I'm also experiencing: Can't hear conversation on my video chatting, can't view my profile/timeline, only can see 5 wall posts, won't let me scroll down, not getting the notifications sent to my mobile phone, and I have to enter a code when I log into my account. This is getting so messed up, and I can't handle it anymore. I also can't play any games. What should I do!? Thanks.

well....I don't know how to fix all your other issues but I can say at least that I've never had the video callign thing work for me. The only thing that ever worked was the Rounds app - http://apps.facebook.com/chatrounds/conv...bannerid=0
