I'm new at using twitter and I kinda have some troubles. HELP please?

I have some troubles on how to use twitter I'm already signed in and I don't know how to follow or are people gonna follow you? and how to chat or talk to them I'm so confused. HELP! Show me how to use the whole twitter itself. Twitter users I NEED your help!

Twitter was confusing for me at first but now I use it all the time - it's really fun and easy to use once you know what you're doing!

Okay.. you should probably start by following a few people. Usually you gain a few followers by following people. If any of your friends have Twitter, start off by following them, then you could search for some celebrities to follow. To follow someone, visit their profile. Underneath their username and picture is a tab that says "Follow". Click that, and when you return to your homepage, their tweets will have appeared under your "Tweet box"..

When you're logged in and at your homepage, there's a box at the top with "What's Happening?" above it. This is your tweet box. Type whatever you want into that box (140 characters at most!), then click "Tweet". That's how you tweet! Anyone who is following you will see your tweet, and it will appear in search results unless your options are set to private.

To aim one of your tweets at a certain user, type "@theirusername", then a space, then your tweet. To reply to a tweet directly, find the tweet you want and hover your mouse over the bottom right-hand corner of it. "Reply" and "Retweet" will appear. Clicking reply will bring their username into your tweet box, then you just have to type your reply after it. "Retweet" is used when someone has said something that you like, and want to share with your followers. It will send out the exact same message to your followers.

I hope this wasn't too complicated! I'm sure you'll enjoy using Twitter - just practice and you'll work out how to do all kinds of things (these above are just the basics). Have fun!
