How do I make a complaint to Facebook?

Recently, many people on Facebook have received messages on their walls that say they have received something like Farmville cash, or something like that. Whenever a person tries to accept these gifts, nothing happens; the page which appears tells them that they have used a wrong or expired link. I am not the only one, there is in fact a discussions page about this on the application, and everyone is furious, but no one knows how to make a complaint. Does anyone know how to go about doing this?

I (amazingly) never seem to receive a problem when using Farmville, but if what you were wanting to do is contact them then here is how-
First click on Farmville. Second, go to the bottom of the page. Third, look near the bottom left corner and there you will see the Farmville sign. Besides that sign it will say "built by Famville, Contact, Report. Click on contact and it will open up another page. When you get on this page you can click on Email us.
