Is it still possible to have an animated gif as an avatar on yahoo answers?
I've been trying all night! But it doesn't seem to work. Can you post a step by step guide on how to do it? I have an animated gif, and twitter account open, but twitter won't load my animated gif! What's going on?

There still around, but I don't know how to do it.

Probably not, because some animated avatars blink at just the right rate to induce epileptic seizures or nausea in photo-sensitive people. I'm only somewhat photo sensitive, but I reported one blinking avatar to Customer Care about three weeks ago.

Hi !

Yes. That's possible
But, you need to Link your Yahoo! Account with Twitter.
Here's How :
♪♪ To Linked Twitter Account :
You can manage whether you want Twitte linked to your Yahoo! account by going to My Activity>View Pulse http://pulse.yahoo.com/ >Settings>Manage my linked accounts> Move The Button Twitter to right> Log in to your Twitter Account and Klik Accept > Succes

Then, Use profile photo .gif at your twitter account. REMEMBER: Size only 48x48pixels.
Then, Go to your Yahoo Answers profile at http://answers.yahoo.com./ or hover the cursor over the My Activity tab, then click Edit My Preferences ...
Click on 'Update photo or Avatar' and a small window will open. Click to Your Twitter Account photo. Klik Save
Note : No avatar will show on Yahoo! Answers if you have set your profile to private ...

Yes you can. Go here http://answers.yahoo.com/my-activity/edit/about and click on add photo. You need to have an animated gif on your computer and you just upload it.
