Macbookpro camera wont work for facebook videos?

i tired to make a video for my friend on facebook , but my camera wont let me, its a built in camera so it should work. whenenver i press on recored a video it says to turn off all camera applications , they are all of , it also says to turn on my camera, how do i do this?

Apple is famous for thinking their way is the only way and you wouldn't possibly have any other use than iChat for your video conferencing needs.

All I can say is turn the OS X screen record software and then use iChat or something else like iMovie to record your video, then upload it to Facebook.
