What does it mean if a girl replies late on purpose?

So this girl im seeing we've been going out for a month now.
She picked me up with her car on our first date. We had a photo shoot together because her friend needed models for her midterm project so it was just us two, and we were paired as a couple. We've gone out 3 times already (watched movies, ate out, and had a massage together) and things went so smoothly, but lately in our last date i opened up and asked her what she thought about us?

Like what are we, and what are we doing? are we just friends... or something? she told me that she isnt good with confrontations and she'll call me or we can talk about it online or something she said. so i was like ok its ok. and she asked me why what do you think? i told her that i wanted her to answer first cause i brought up the topic. She never called me back.. and apologized the next day through FB inbox.

It was really weird after that, but i apologized the next day saying that it was my fault for bringing up the topic. and it was just so random and bad timing and she said that she's sorry for not acting the way i expected her to act. so we were ok

The problem is.. she's been giving me quite a hard time. On that day the best friend asked me if i liked the girl, i said yes then the best friend replied "ok good." (idk if its a good thing or bad)
but lately, whenever i text the girl i like, she starts replying real late. sometimes even the next day!
i know she's doing it on purpose.. i see her tweeting her friends and all, but still not replying to me. i don't text her if she doesn't reply.
so on sunday (yesterday), she apologized for not texting me back on saturday afternoon. cause apparently she brought her friend to all these other places and then home. She was too tired to reply
and she inboxed me in FB the next day instead of texting me and apologized.

I texted her that afternoon, (i didnt notice her apology message only after i sent her the text)
I texted: "heyy nunss! " and she replied 30mins later. "Hi hi hi hi! "
I didn't reply to her message, and after 2 hours she tweeted me this: "You're weird! You didn't reply anymore! =))"

So i texted her 30mins after she tweeted me. i said "ohh hey! sorry i was occupied with my assignments whats uppp?" she replied midnight. not really a reply but.. she texted this to me

"The weather is too scary! Stay inside!"
i'm like wtf type of reply is that (in my head) haha
so yea, i texted her this morning around 10, she replied at 1, i replied at 1.30 and she hasn't replied yet. lol and she's using her twitter and tweeting her friends

Girls like to be wooed. If you like her and she is worth your time, shower her with attention. Otherwise, she's behaving weird and playing games. If you don't like games then don't play, bcs it takes two

I don't think she wants to talk to you anymore, it sounds like she's replying just to pretend everything is normal between you two. If she wanted to talk, she would text you in a more timely manner. I think the reason she tweeted you "u dont reply anymore" is because she doesn't want YOU to stop texting HER. Sure she doesn't actually want to talk to you. but she wants to know that you still like her. She wants to still feel wanted.

Maybe she really does get busy. I know when I get busy, I dont think of texting, I just think about getting what needs to be done done so that I can relax and then text. Maybe you should ask her politely or joke around with her and be like "You took forever to reply. Jk" and see what she says about it.

I use this trick on guys ALL the time.

She isn't into you. Move on, she is trying to let you go without hurting your feelings Hun. Or maybe she just isn't ready for a relationship. Things happen, but shes trying to let you off easy. Let her go and go out and find someone who will genuinely appreciate you.

She waits X amount of time.
She texts you.
Heres is your part now...
You wait 2X plus 5 minutes amount of time
You text her.

Essentially you wait more than double the amount of time it took her to message you until you message back. She will then give MUCH sooner responses.
