When you reply to a specific tweet on twitter, will that person see what you were replying to?
Like, I want them to know what I was replying to so they are not like "huh?". And will others be able to see it?

Yes, they'll see what you're replying to, because it'd be under the message you replied to, or above.
Others will NOT be able to see it unless they're following you, because it is a direct message.
