Facebook friend requests help!?

I got a notification on Facebook saying this person accepted my friend request when I never sent them one! I haven't left myself logged in or anything somewhere and my password isn't 12345 or abcdef so how could this happen???

Change your password maybe those facebook in "apps" like games or whatever are some sort of hack or maybe it brings bugs into your account making it do that. That happened to me too and i just changed my password. Becareful too some apps require permissions to use like android so who knows it can be a malocious app. Just be careful. Honestly im still wondering the same thing you asked but im telling you from what i experienced

We think, when you were creating your account on facebook, you got a long list of persons based on your School & College Entry, where you may have sent him/her a friend request by mistake. And you could not remember it. This thing usually happens on facebook.
