first of all ask your friends and family members....and then use facebook and other social networking sites....you can also use text message service to ask more and more people to open accounts with the bank....

That is an amazing goal! I hope someone can come up with something for you. I can't think of a reason that people would want to change banks unless they get something of great value in return.
