How to block in Twitter?

How can I make somebody unable to see any of my tweets?
(I don't want to protect my tweets or make them private for everybody)

The best you can do is block them (go to their profile and select to block). However this only stops them following you and stops their tweets with @yourusername going in your mentions. They can still see your tweets if they search your name.

The only way to do it is to block them so they can't follow you and protect your tweets.
