Its very hard to get noticed by Justin Bieber by Twitter and there is always a Belieber that has a birthday on this day and on this day and they try so hard to get him to say happy birthday to them but it doesn't happen. Justin Bieber gets spammed with tweets he gets over 10,000 tweets in 7 minutes Don't ask for a shout out Justin Bieber never does shout outs try saying "Can you say happy birthday to ___". He usually doesn't reply to those kind of tweets also. He usually replies to Beliebers that say "Can you wish me a happy birthday?" and he will. Plus, you never really know who to believe and if it is really their birthday or not. Fans wait days, weeks, months even years to get noticed by Justin Bieber. Don't spam him it will just get Justin Bieber annoyed and you don't want him to be annoyed or feeling like he has to reply to you. The people that usually spam Justin Bieber do get noticed if they do it for a very long time but he probably just notices them so that they stop spamming him and you don't really want to be known as annoying. Try tweeting him in capital letters. You can send him tweet after tweet but make sure that its not the same tweet every time. Sometimes Justin Bieber "creeps" which means he goes online and follows all these people without tweeting anything on Twitter so no one really knows hes online so if you refresh his page over and over again and you do see his followers going up then try tweeting him as much as you can but not the same tweet every time like I said before lol. If you want him to follow you unfollow him then follow him again. Its easier to get noticed by having him follow you on Twitter. Every Belieber will get noticed someday it just takes time. Justin Bieber is a very busy person but he tries as hard as he can to take the time to follow, tweet, retweet and direct message a lot of fans on Twitter so no matter if he notices you or not there are always other times and other birthdays. I wish I could help but its very hard to get noticed by Justin. I have been following Justin Bieber on Twitter for 3 years now and still ..nothing but I am glad that Justin Bieber notices other fans and him making them happy is all what matters to me.
