How to get my posts from tumblr to automatically post to my twitter?

I've looked in settings and everything, but I can't find the option that lets me post them to twitter?

There's two different setting pages. Click on the place on the top of your dashboard where it says the title of your blog. (Next to the word 'dashboard') and then click on the setting you will find there, toward the right of that page, and the twitter option will be there.
