How do I block someone who is NOT?

following me on twitter. I have a nut that keeps sending me rude tweets cuz I tweeted something to CBS that she doesn't like. I don't want to make my tweets private. I basically want to get it so she can't send me tweets. Thanks for any help.

Here it is step by step

1. Click on the person's name. A thing on the side should pop up of like a summary of their tweets and their info. If it goes to their full page, the steps should still be the same, though.
2. There's a bar with the green box that says either "Follow" or "Following" (I'm guessing you're not following this chick haha!) To the right of the green box is a button that is grey and has a person and an arrow on it.
3. Click on this button. It will bring up a list of actions you can do concerning this person, and one of those is "Block _______".
