in tetris, why is it that others can send me line if if they did not full the whole row with the blocks?
is there a technique of that or are they using cheats? i am talking about the facebook application...

Well it depends on the game, but most of the time it is because of bombs. Normally you need two rows to send a line in the normal 2 player battle. But techniques and other things help speed up the process of sending rows. Go to the tips on the top of the game window. It is a little tab on top to learn more. But I am just guessing.
