She did this on Twitter.
Proverbs 11:30 "The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life," Fruit in this sense means "reward," so the reward of the good-person is a tree of life? So I'm gonna get a tree of life, whatever that as my reward. What'll this tree give me, life? Maybe it has some good-tasting fruit that might be of some use to me. What do you think it means? Ads |

Jesus said that you can tell the tree by its fruits.
The fruit of the righteous is to win souls to life The whole verse reads - "The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise" |

It just means that what a righteous person does will allow other people to live a long time.

Think back to the story of the garden of Eden. There was the "tree of knowledge of good and evil", and there was also a "tree of life".
The reward for righteousness is (long) life. Spoken in a poetic form, using agricultural symbolism. |

Torah, the Hebrew Scriptures are the Tree of Life. The righteous follow the commandments and wisdom found there and are rewarded, a good life now and a share in the world to come.
