I'm really confused as to what the difference is between an interaction and a mention. Also how do I send DMs? Also put your twitters here and follow mine because i need some new accounts to follow

Interactions/Mentions is basically the same thing. Only difference is in Interactions it tells you who retweeted your tweet or who just followed you.
You can only send someone a Direct Message if they are following you.They have to be following you in order to do that.So if they aren't you can't, you can only tweet them
