Twitter question. I think I might've gotten spammed?

So I got a direct message saying "This person *link* is spreading horrible rumors about you" So i clicked it, and it took me to another log in page. And the page said to log in again for security perposes, so I did, because it look really legit. And after I did, it took me to a 404 error, the page wasent found. So I went back, reported and blocked the person who sent me the message, and now im just a bit worried my Twitter or other stuff will get hacked into/ tampered with. Was it a spam thing? Am I fuck*d? Help please, no stupid spam answers.

When in doubt ALWAYS change the password that you used for the supposed scam page. Twitter now has an Authentication API and instead of asking you to login, you would have just been asked to authorize the app or whatever that is.
