How do you install facebook user scripts?

I have low computer IQ, can someone please explain the basics of how to do this? I want to install this script to clean up the facebook applications so it doesn't slow down my computer, but I don't know where to enter the code

If you are referring to a script from UserScripts.org then you need the FireFox extension called Greasemonkey. It won't work in IE.
