Will they get a notification?

I was answering some of those questions about friends on facebook. I'm kinda starting to regret answering one of them. Because it was "would you hook up with....." and I said yes. I unclicked Publish on your friend's wall. So it didn't show up on their wall that I answered a question but will they still get a notification????
