How do you find out who a private number is?

Don't call me a bad person. I put my number on twitter and kept sending it to Justin Bieber over and over so he MIGHT get it. don't make fun of me!!! Then I got a call from a private number and when I answered it, no one was there. They hung up. But I really wanna know who it was without calling them back. Is there a FREE way to do that? Please help!

There's no free way to find out the number that was used to call you, but the phone company does it for a fee. Just look in the phone book for the procedure. I believe in most areas it costs about $3 for this service, if it was from a land line.
