It is most likely a fan that made a Twitter username called The Derek Bieber. They don't do it to pull a joke on the paparazzi or none of that. Justin Bieber's fans are very very supportive and loyal fans. Many Beliebers has more than one Twitter it could be a few Bieber fan pages or a different celebrity. There are many Justin Bieber fan pages of what Justin Bieber says, to Justin Bieber's favorite food, beverage or item. Justin Bieber has 12 million Beliebers it most likely is a Belieber. If it were to be the real actual Justin Bieber even if he didn't say that was his other Twitter on his Twitter it would eventually be leaked. Us Beliebers keep up with more of the news on Justin Bieber more fast than the best.. E! News. Justin Bieber does have 3 Twitters though one where he acts like a crazy Belieber, two a personal Twitter to keep in contact with his friends and family and thirdly his Twitter that has 12 million followers. Maybe it could be Justin Bieber just him acting like a crazy Belieber.
