Anyone know of a website or iPhone app to keep track of books you've read?

I know there's the app called "book tracker" or something but it's where you manually type in the title. I'm looking for something that has books you can search through where you can say which ones you've read, just so that I can see them in a nice list. I remember a facebook application like that but I can't remember what it's called.
