Do you need to follow people now on Twitter to see their page?

Tried Googling celebrity's Twitter to see what they're up to (out of boredom and curiosity) but everyone I have clicked on is blank.
No. It's just completely blank with the Twitter border at the top and the "sign in/create account button" and that's it. The rest is blank.

Sometimes people sign up out of spite so celebrities they hate cannot get the name. If it's private, it will tell you 'this persons tweets are private'

Just refresh a few times, it should work. Sometimes Twitter just does that. Not sure if it's due to a programming error or just incredibly heavy traffic, but it happens to me as well from time to time.
