Can anyone explain me how to create a Facebook application?
I'm searching to create a game on Facebook but I'm not very capable, is there anyone who can help me?

First of all, you need an external server and to know how to program a website.
Secondly, you have to download the fb developer platform from http://developers.facebook.com/
Then you just build a normal website and configure it with the fb (you also need to register your app .. also in fb developers website).

There is also a forum there so I would ask there for more information.
