How do I get rid of Sorority Life on Facebook?

Its an app on facebook. When I go to the lefthand menu, there isn't an "applications" option. This sorority life thing is pissing me off. How do I get rid of it totally?

Put your cursor over settings, and then a drop-down list should appear. Click "Application settings" and then there should be a list of all your apps, next to each app should be an "x", click the "x" to delete an app.
