I think you can. If you have Facebook account, just pay attention to those like fans club or company profiles using Facebook alongside your page and click inside to see how they work.

If not, I think the simplest way is to provide pictures and prices. Of course your contact details or anything you wish whoever interested in buying will need to send to you.

But you have to make sure things you are going to do aren't breaking the terms & regulations of Facebook, just a reminder =)
