what does it mean that the ex-boyfriend says that he is happily married but still have his ex-girlfriend number that is connected to his e-mail? (and is he really happily married?) also, his ex-girlfriend asked him that will you stay married forever and he said not forever?

That depends on the situation. My husband is friends with his ex girlfriend, but she is my friend too. It is rare, but it can happen.
