How do I tell my friend that I am bi, without actually coming out with the words "I'm bi"?

Well, im pretty sure she is bi because she said "girls get me hot" on twitter. What is that supposed to mean? Like you wanna have sex with them? And in school she is always staring at me. And btw were not great friends yet, we used to be bff's in 3rd grade but now we dont really talk until a few days ago when we decided were gonna sit next to eachother in a math club we both got invited to. But tht was it, we dont talk to eachother tht much.

That means that girls get her hot. Make her horny. How ever you wanna say it, she's attracted to girls also. And really, if she's also a friend, you should be able to say your bi to a friend. "Girls get me hot" is a definite sexual reference. It sounds like she is interested in girls. If you are afraid to be direct with her, I would try getting to know her better, develop a closer friendship and through that you will feel more comfortable being yourself and eventually feelings will naturally come to the surface. You could try being a little affectionate with her as well, a hand on her shoulder, hugging often, brush her hair back off her face while you are talking. She will get the hint. If she is interested, she will let you know. If she backs off from your touch, then it will be obvious she is not interested. Good luck!!

just tell her, but lead the conversation into it, for example, talk about boys and girls in your school who you think are nice looking and test her reaction, do you want to tell her youre Bi, hoping to have a relationship?, you havent said. Have you told your parents your sexuality?, just tell her you think you are bi, and see what happens, but only if you trust her, school kids can be cruel, remember that.
