How do I delete games on Facebook?

So I joined CityVille for a friend and I hate it. I don't have time to play and I want it gone, but I can't get rid of it cause facebook veryy annoyingly has to change itsel all the time and I've noidea where they misplaced Application manager. Any help would be appreciated. getting sick of allll the notifications for it.

Go to Account and click on Privacy Settings.

Click the blue "Edit your settings" link in the bottom-left corner.

The option to remove it will be there.

Just spam the notifications is what I do, you won't get any more then

Go to Account than privacy settings scroll down on the bottom there will be a link that says application/block list click on that link than it will show you a list of games click on the x on any that you dont want on your account anymore

Yes, it is extremely frustrating that Facebook decides to change the layout every once in a while.
Okay, so you want to remove an application.
Click on account, then privacy settings. On that page on the bottom left, something about applications. Click on it, then on THAT page click on "Edit List" (or something similar)
