Facebook For Android: Someone Else's Notifications?
First of all, I'm not an idiot. I have an Electronics degree, this sort of thing is usually my bread and butter.

So, I was on holiday in Spain with my GF's family (this may be relevant for some reason) and we had WiFi at the villa, so I let her family go on my HTC Desire to check Facebook. Now, on returning to the UK, I am getting all of her little cousin's Facebook notifications in the notification bar.

I am signed in to Facebook on my phone, not her's. I have cleared all the caches I can find. I have uninstalled Facebook (as much as the phone lets me) and re-installed it.

I think it has something to do with the HTC Sense Facebook, but in the accounts settings, I have no Facebook accounts synced to the phone other than my own (which I deleted and reset anyway.)

How do I get them to stop. It's constant. I'm THAT close to doing a factory reset. The only thing stopping me in my Angry Birds scores.

lol Notifications are most annoying thing on fb they just keep on popping even after you have checked it.I am new to android but I think it could be because of sync thing because android sync system does things which you don't want at times. Not sure my answer was relevant but I wrote all this to tell that I also love to play "Angry Birds" hats off to makers of the game.

Im pretty sure it is the new update they just did, if you uninstall the update it should work, so far it has for me.
