My friend and I are having a competition on Twitter to see who can get the most tweets by the end of the week. Every time I come on, I seem to get in Twitter jail VERY easily. Is there a website, or specific way to increase your tweets without actually tweeting?

No its not Possible you have to actually post a Tweet in order for a Tweet to Show

get a programmer to create an bot for you that tweets every few seconds, but bear in mind that you can get your account disabled if you spam it with tweets.
