How do I add an application as a tab to a Facebook fan page?

I am the administrator of a page on facebook, and I was wondering how to add a facebook application as a tab, like shown in this picture:

Go to acct setting under apps maintains you should be able to find that app. click on edit set 1st pg to tab or if no tab add, next is bookmark set that and at least it's on your home page. Hope this helps
