You can do research to find a developer that could probably do that for you. However, you may want to investigate how much of a demand there would be for that particular application within Facebook... =) Otherwise, you will have very few users downloading and using your application. If this is of no consequence to you, then go ahead and have someone develop it.

You can post the project on the below resource link to see how many people bid on it, and how much it would cost you. Elance is a good site to find anyone to do any kind of internet development or graphic design projects for you. I've used them several times, both with great satisfaction to the outcome.

However, before I began development, I did a great deal of research about in-demand applications before I developed mine. I also spent a lot of money to develop mine, due to the complexity of the app and the fact that I wanted it to out-perform the applications that it would be competing against... I'll include a link to it, just so that you can check it out.

My first suggestion would be to go out on Facebook, and to see if there are any applications which relate to forensics, or groups within Facebook that focus around forensics. If there are no applications, but you do find user groups, then post questions within the user groups to see if they would like to have an application which displays forensics information to their profiles... If you get good feedback, then develop it. (I highly recommend that you put some kind of advertising in the application - Google Ads, or rotating banner ads. It will help you to recoup development expenses of the application)
