hacked i need help i have a keylogger and a hacker all in twine -?

k well he got my email i FULLY DELETED! I MEAN PERMINANTLY DELETED my hotmail and this guy brought it back!, hes laughing and emailing me on my email and from an im, then he got my fb through that went ape Sh-t and had a blast, all good and games, i went on my other account i made and my friends all reported it it shut it down temporarily and then next thing i know hes FB chatting me from my main fb to my newly created one, and or txting my cell, i cannot seem to find his keylogg on my computer, i checked my Task manager for that winlonger.exe or w.e they say if you have more than 1 it means your keylogged i only have 1, then i did "run"-Cdm- and netstats -ano, and i have 16 established , they say thats bad but i heard it means nothing? any ideas? any help? ALSO!! MAIN ISSUE TO ME-, my fb was locked like 3 hours ago i logged in did all the security Q to confirm i was the real person. and then it shows HIS email and my main email and ask if i would like to change my current email, i did yes, but i then realized my main still remained and his wasnt gone but wasnt there either!, its imbedded into my fb? HOW THE HELL DO I REMOVE THAT
? i know hes getting my notifications on my FB i know for a fact currently im losing my mind with this, give me programs to help HAS TO BE TRIAL!, and ABLE TO BE FOUND ON CNET.-!!!!!! i dont tust anything at this point due to idk how i was hacked/keylogged, cause i did not click anything in my email or fb or download sh-T so idk how this happend, please help and THANKS

Then you will want to install a keyscrambing program. Here is an example of one:

Make sure remote desktop, and file sharing are disabled.

Change the password on your router.

Then you will have to go into your accounts, change security questions/answers, amke sure there are no alternate emails you are unaware of, and change the passwords to one with 10, or more characters.

Download Malwarebytes antimalware and run a full scan.
Use Avast antivirus as an Av software.
Then use comodo firewall, the firewall is absolute for you since u r getting hacked.

I suggest u not to download the programs from ur pc cause the hacker may modify and programs online.

If he is keylogging u then use on screen keyboard found in accessories- can be a hassle but he cannot keylog u then.

Try to get a real pc technician to help u. And by the way, i suggest you to do a full crash and do a clean install cause u dont know if he modified anything on ur pc.

For ur facebooks, close them all and when he no longer hacks make a new one along with a new email. Try www,techsupportalert.com for online help.
