How to stop getting spam from Facebook applications?

Applications are keep sending me emails even though I turned the notifications setting off and the applications settings off. What can I do?

Check again because me I had to turn off many things on my Facebook from going on my email. So, you probably left more box. And when you done, you won't receive no more craps! I've done it before! Make sure you check acrylics otherwise you will still getting those mails!!
