How do I unblock an application on Facebook?

How do I unblock an application on Facebook?
I blocked Farmville on facebook and now I want to unblock it. How do I go about doing that!?

Go to Account tab

Select Privacy Settings

Click Block Lists near the bottom

On the bottom is your list of Blocked applications. Click Unblock next to the one(s) you want to unblock.
