Does Justin Bieber follow private Twitter accounts?

I recently created a Twitter account in hope that Justin Bieber will someday follow me. I want to keep my account private, but will this keep him from following me? Will he still be able/willing to follow me if my account is private? (I understand he will have to request to follow me) And how do i get recognized? Thanks.

Justin Bieber currently doesn't follow any fan twitter accounts that are private. Some of his friends twitter accounts are private and he does follow them. But if you are really hoping to get him to follow you then you have to make your account public so then other Justin Bieber fans can follow you and then finally he will follow you hopefully. It took my 6 months of tweeting about him and my name being I LOVE JUSTIN BIEBER until finally he followed me last week. But you know Never Say Never. Hope I could help
