If someone get a text every time I tweet on Twitter, will they still get the text if I blocked them?

This girl, who has been constantly reading my tweets and constantly just being creepy about it, won't leave me alone. I think she did that process when every time I tweet she receives a text. But I had put my twitter on private now and I blocked her account, will she still be able to read my tweets? I just want to make sure.
