I dont get push notifications on ipad ?

I dont get push notifications on ipad ?
Its not that i have turned them off in setting s
I do get notifications from all the GAME apps, Skype, Calender, Mail etc ..
BUT NOT from FACEBOOK (official app), any twitter client like Twitterific, Yahoo messenger
I use the last 3 apps more often... I really want to get notifications from FB and yahoo messenger !!!
Any reason why i dont get push notifications ?

Go into the setting and make sure they are turned on

Settings
Facebook (in the left bar)

Notifacations
Facebook
Ads
