Is there a way to completely block an application on Facebook so that i can never go on it again?

I recently added an application called Honesty Box which is basically where people send you angry or mean anonymous messages and I'm just getting tired of having my self-esteem continuously lowered and lowered. Thanks a lot.

i hate those kinds of applications where people say mean things or answer nasty questions about you. i dont know if you can block an application, but i know that you can remove it from your account by going to your application settings. there will be a list of all of the applications you have used in the past month. across from each application name is an "x". click on the x across from Honesty Box, a box will show up saying "Are you sure you want to remove this application?", click Remove, and the application will be gone from your account.
(if you dont know how to get to your application settings, go to the top of the page and put your cursor on where it says Settings, next to Logout)
