Is there a way to have someone as a friend on Facebook but block their notifications?
I was dating someone and it bugs me to see all the girls "like" his photos and stuff. So I want to block all that stuff from showing up on the right side where the notifications show up??

The thing is, he never updates his status so I can't "hide" his posts from my Home page...i just want to block his notifications, is this possible?

Thank you
Thank you for all your responses! Actually I was talking about the Highlights section.

Yeah next time you see a thing from them on your homepage go in the right corner of that box, and it will say hide. You choose hide whoever and you don't have to see all those posts anymore. You can also do this for all the posts for stupid games like farmland.

Try going to his page, and looking for a "block" button.

Are you taking about the notifications that show up in the bottom right hand corner?

I think the only way to not receive those notifications is to untag yourself from the photo or delete any comment you may have made to the photo. Or if you also liked a photo, unlike that photo.

Hope this helps!
