How do I delete an application post on facebook?

I used friend quiz (yes, I authorized it, stupid me) and it posts stuff on the wall/ other peoples' walls but none of the posts are on my profile, and they do not have a delete/hide option. Help me please! also is there any way that I can use the application without it showing those posts to everyone?

If its on your page, if you hover your mouse in the right top corner of the post, a button called 'remove' will appear and you can delete from there.

But to prevent it posting on other's walls, you can go to Account (top right hand corner of the web page) > Application Settings > and then click 'X' on the Friend Quiz, or you can go to 'edit settings' and deny the application permission to post on walls.
