How do I get rid of auto tweets/messages?

Ok so someone sent me a link and I clicked on it and from then on my Twitter has been sending tweets automatically about random stuff like "how to shed body fat in two week..." it's also sending people messages like that. Does anyone know how to stop it, please help.

Check if any third application has the permission to tweet for you (it obviously has).
You can disable this by going to your Settings.
