How do I get a verified account on twitter?? Please answer?

I have over 96,000 followers and I am going to have a song on iTunes pretty soon, many people made fan accounts of me and i think i have what it takes to be verified. i saw some people on twitter who are verified such as @ohteenquotes etc who just tweet quotes?!
i would pay for verification, just tell me who to contact.
