why can't i upload a picture on my twitter?

every time i put a picture up on my profile and press save it doesn't upload it says "twitter is over capacity" i had a picture up but i deleted so i could upload a new one. what's wrong? help please?

Twitter only allows profile pictures that are 700k or less.


Check to see if the picture is too large.

To decrease the size of the picture email the picture to any of your email accounts. Most email services automatically shrink pictures when it goes into your inbox.
